Jennifer Aniston’s House Sold Already?

It was only a week ago that I informed you that Jennifer Aniston of “Friends” fame had put her Hollywood mansion on the market. You may recall that she purchased the house in 2006 for $13,5 million, fixed it up and recently listed it at a whopping $42 meallion dollars (said with pinky finger by mouth, palm facing out). Apparently, someone forgot to inform Jennifer that we are experiencing a housing crisis and you can’t price a house expecting a big gain.

Woops, it SOLD! Well, at least there are rumors circulating that it is under contract. The word on the street is that Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich and his much younger art-luvin’ baby momma Daria “Dasha” Zhukova wanted a pad in L.A. and are now waiting to hear back on their mortgage approval. Seriously, the home still shows as active in the MLS but it has likely been sold to the couple. If you were thinking of waiting a little while for Jennifer to get desperate so you could put in a low-ball offer, I’m afraid you’ve missed out.
